Welcome to the Neighborhood

With its walkable downtown flanked by abundant green spaces, Union Township offers the best of suburban living with a distinctly “city vibe.” A major university, easy access to the airport and to the City, and a strong sense of community bring many to this location. Corporate chains from Target to Olive Garden chose Union Twp. to locate their stores.

Titan Union is located in the middle of Union’s business district, with restaurants, stores, bakeries, coffee shops, and more right downstairs at your doorstep. The building design honors both its historic roots as a bank and its modern offerings.

Residents will enjoy Union’s festivals and community events. The Township is host for the annual Union County St. Patrick’s Day parade. Golf courses and parks offer plenty of outdoor fun. Kean University hosts cultural and educational events. Union is home to plenty of great food, including arguably New Jersey’s best hot dog at the Galloping Hill Inn, according to the New York Times. For arguably the best pizza in the region and beyond, try a slice at Cioffi’s.

Located just 17 miles west of New York City, Union Township is an easy commute to everywhere you want to be. At Titan Union, a shuttle picks up right by the building and takes you to the Union train station. There’s a bus stop for NJ Transit across the street. It’s a quick train ride on the Raritan line to Manhattan. NJ Transit also provides easily accessible transportation. Union Township is convenient to the area’s major roadways, including the Garden State Parkway, Interstate 78, and Routes 22 and 82, as well as to Newark Liberty International Airport.
